The appellant law firm, which had been discharged by its client prior to the filing of suit, intervened in its former client’s action for personal injury damages against a third party. The intervention sought to enforce a lien for attorney’s fees upon the proceeds of any recovery by the client, the appellee herein. The appellant asked for one-third of the former client’s recovery as specified in the contract of employment between appellant and appellee.
