MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of United Phosphorus Ltd. to Convert This Proceeding to a Liquidation Under Chapter 7, or, Alternatively, to Dismiss Bankruptcy, United Phosphorus Ltd.’s Motion For Relief From Automatic Stay to Compel Debtor to Turn Over Property Held in Trust; and Debtor’s Motion to Approve Compromise, Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9019, With Phyllis Fox.
