In this action for a permanent injunction, plaintiffs move for a preliminary injunction to restrain the defendants from publishing or causing to be published certain advertising copy on the ground that said copy is calculated to influence potential jurors, thereby depriving the plaintiffs of their constitutional right to an impartial jury.
