This matter is before the Court on the adversary complaint filed by Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, servicer for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates (“Plaintiff’) on July 13, 2011 against Charles E. Riley (“Defendant Riley”) and W.
