{1} Petitioner New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care (Board) petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari to the district court, arguing that the district court erred when it overturned the Board’s decision to discipline Respondent Lillian Jaime, D .M ,D. We granted the petition to review the question of whether the district court’s decision was contrary to the Uniform Licensing Act (ULA), NMSA 1978, Sections 61-1-1 through-33 (1957, as amended through 2003), insofar as the district court determined that the Board was required to give deference to the report…
