On August 13, 1945 the Supreme Court of the State of New York for Westchester County entered judgment in an adverse proceeding decreeing the final separation from bed' and board of plaintiff therein Minerva Lichtig and defendant. *717Reginald Lichtig, on the ground of desertion and cruel treatment on the part of the husband. In said judgment it ordered the defendant to pay a weekly allowance of $140 to the plaintiff for her support and that of a minor daughter.
