|2In this malicious prosecution proceeding, plaintiff/appellant, Jack McClanahan, *532appeals a judgment granting summary-judgment in favor of the defendant/appel-lee, Susan Folse McClanahan, and dismissing his case. Mr. McClanahan sued his former wife, Ms. Folse, alleging malicious prosecution arising from a community property partition in which Mr. McClana-han prevailed in large part on his ex-wife’s reimbursement claims.
