The state filed a petition for the revocation of defendant’s probation, alleging that defendant “violated the following terms and conditions of probation in the following particulars: On January 13, 1983, defendant did violate rules of the Diversion Center, Albany, Ga. when she did commit the offense of Theft By Taking.” After a hearing, the trial court found that “defendant violated [the terms of probation] as set forth in [the] Petition.
