The above-styled case is pending before this Court under title 11, United States Code, chapter 11, having been commenced in this Court by a voluntary petition filed August 22, 1983, and having been re-referred to the bankruptcy court by the district court after July 10, 1984. The above-styled adversary proceeding was commenced on behalf of the debtors, by a complaint filed in said case on March 15, 1984.
