This is a suit in the nature of quo war-ranto proceedings, brought by the state of Texas, on the relation of the Prosper independent school district, against the Celina independent school district, and the county school trustees of Collin county, to cancel an order of said trustees, detaching 1,159 acres of land from the Prosper independent school district and annexing it to the Celina independent school district. A general demurrer was sustained to the petition, and, on appellant’s declining to amend, a final judgment of dismissal was entered. An appeal has been duly prosecuted to this…
