— Affirming.

This action by a passenger against a common carrier to recover damages for being carried beyond his destination was dismissed on demurrer to the petition, when the plaintiff declined to plead further. This appeal by the plaintiff presents the single and simple question whether the plaintiff’s pleading stated facts constituting a good cause of action.
