FLETCHER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal presents a narrow question: whether petitioner’s conviction for solicitation to possess cocaine is a deportable offense within the meaning of section 241(a)(2)(B)® of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2).
