1- IndICÍnfokmaaíuf sufficiency? nonspecific allegations: waiver. I. Objection was made, upon the trial below, to the sufficiency of the indictment. The specific objection to the indictment is that, while it is therein . . stated that defendant was armed with' a deadly weapon, the indictment fails to specifically state that defendant, in making the assault and inflicting the fatal wound upon deceased, used the deadly weapon described.
