Patton v. Goodson

This is an action in equity for accounting. It is based on transactions between partners and on a contract for dissolution of the partnership and for sale of appellant’s interest therein to his partner, the respondent. The trial court found against the plaintiff (appellant) and for the defendant (respondent), dismissing the petition, and assessed the costs to appellant.
