WALLACE, Judge.

On a motion filed by Pamela J. Hunter (the Wife) in an action for the dissolution of her marriage to Larry D. Hunter, Jr. (the Husband), the circuit court entered a temporary injunction without notice. The order granted the Wife the exclusive use and possession of the marital home. The order also required the Husband to return multiple items of personal property to the marital home. Because both the Wife’s motion and the circuit court’s order fail to comply with the requirements of Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610 concerning injunctions, we reverse the order and remand for…
