Mrs. Lizzie Parker filed suit in the district court of Rusk County, Texas, against J. R. Jones and Ben Jimmerson in trespass to try title seeking the title and possession of a tract of about 146 acres of the Jose A. Chireno Survey, and by special pleasi sought a cancellation of a certain deed to this land from herself to J. R. Jones, and another deed from Jones to Ben Jimmerson which covered the same tract.
