Appellee brought this action against appellant and others to recover damages for an injury to his right hand, in which the little finger was crushed and severely injured when it was caught between the door and the long rod which controls the opening of the door on a passenger bus owned and operated by appellant, while a passenger on said bus traveling from Shreveport, Louisiana, to El Dorado, Arkansas.
