Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Mercure, J.), entered January 5,1984 in Clinton County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination óf a Superintendent’s proceeding finding petitioner guilty of violating certain disciplinary rules.
