STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This opinion consolidates for decision two cases filed under Chapter 13 of Title 11 of the United States Code. Debtor Callie Jean Hammonds filed her Chapter 13 case on September 25, 1981, and Debtor Frances Collins filed her Chapter 13 case on December 22,1981.
