[¶ 1.] On July 10, 2007, Linda L. Wieser (Linda) filed an application in the South Dakota First Judicial Circuit Court for informal probate and appointment of personal representative, in connection with the estate of her deceased sister, Connie L. Palmer (Connie). With the application, Linda submitted a will dated March 21, 2000 and an alleged codicil dated January 23, 2006. On July 24, 2006, Connie’s husband, Larry G.
