The appellant seeks a review of an order of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska remanding this case to the State District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, from which it was removed on the ground of diversity of citizenship. The appellant has appealed from the order of remand and has also peti*214tioned this Court for a writ of mandamus to compel the federal district court to vacate its order and to hear and decide the case on the merits. •
