In as much as it has been repeatedly held that the issues arising from the pleadings determine the question of appealability, it is necessary for us to turn to the pleadings in the case and we find that the petition is composed of two causes of action, and in the first it is set out that on September 14, 1925, the defendant, The Wanda Building Company, executed and delivered to John Ruthowski a certain promissory note in the sum of $8000.00 payable one year after date, together with- interest at the rate of six per cent payable semiannually, and the cause of action closes with…
