This is an original proceeding in the nature of quo warranto to test the validity of certain proceedings for the attachment of territory in Graham county to a rural high-school district of Norton county. After issues were joined the parties requested the *675court to appoint a commissioner to hear the evidence and make findings of fact and conclusions of law.
