OPINION
This is an appeal from a decision by the Government Employees Service Commission (GESC), denying petitioner compensation for the period from date of his suspension from work to date of his resumption of duties.
The course of events are these. Petitioner is an employee of the Government of the Virgin Islands, working in the Department of Property & Procurement. On March 10, 1972, he was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
