MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING MOTION TO RECONSIDER ORDER DISAPPROVING REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT

This cause is before the Court on Motion to Reconsider Order Disapproving Reaffirmation Agreement (“Motion to Reconsider”) (Doc. # 40) filed by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (“Ford”) on February 27, 2009.
