BAKER, Judge.

The appellant was convicted in the 87th district court of Limestone county for the offense of unlawfully transporting intoxicating liquor, and his punishment assessed at one year in the penitentiary.

The record discloses that the indictment in this case was returned and filed in the 77th district court of Limestone county, and that thereafter the judge of said court, without notice to appellant, entered an order upon the minutes, trans ferring this case to the 87th district court of said county; in which the appellant was convicted as above stated.
