Plaintiff, Elsie Lattner, an elderly widow, brought this law action against defendant, Immaculate Conception Church, to recover for serious personal injuries sustained in a fall at the bottom of stairs leading to a basement room in the *122church in Cedar Rapids. Defendant has appealed from judgment on jury Verdict for plaintiff.
