Appellants are the children and heirs at law of Granville E. Farish, who died intestate in Conway county, Arkansas, in December, 1922. They brought this action against the appellees, in which they alleged that at the time of his death the said Granville E. Farish owned and, with his family, occupied as his homestead lot 7, block 12, Moose’s addition to Morrilton; that on the 21st day of- May, 1924, appellee, Myrtle I.
