Challenging the validity of claims 1 and 2 of the '217 patent and claims 4 and 6 of the '849 patent, Wells Fargo moves (Doc. 60) for partial summary judgment on the defense of indefiniteness. “Indefiniteness is a matter of claim construction, and the same principles that generally govern claim construction are applicable to deter*1288mining whether allegedly indefinite claim language is subject to construction.” Praxair, Inc. v. ATMI, Inc., 548 F.3d 1306, 1319 (Fed.Cir.2008).
