WATKINS, Judge.

Jack A. Bennett, Jr., was charged by bill of information with three counts of vehicular homicide, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:32.1. He filed a motion to suppress the results of the blood tests, which revealed he was legally intoxicated when his blood alcohol concentration was measured at the hospital some time after the accident. The trial court denied defendant’s motion to suppress, and he thereafter pled guilty, reserving his right to appeal the admissibility of the blood tests.
