OPINION

JIM R. WRIGHT, CHÍEF JUSTICE

The jury convicted Hoy Tonche Carrion of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and, after finding that two enhancement paragraphs were true, assessed his punishment at confinement for thirty-five years and a fine of $3,000. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.112(d) (West 2010). The trial court sentenced him accordingly. We affirm.
