MEMORANDUM OPINION
BAILEY, Presiding Judge:
In principal Case No. 75,446, Appellant Hillcrest Medical Center (Hospital) seeks review of judgment entered on jury verdict awarding $100,000.00 in actual damages and $10,000,000.00 in punitive damages to Appel-lee Ronda Scribner (Patient) in Patient’s medical negligence action. In consolidated Case No. 76,604, Hospital seeks review of the Trial Court’s order denying Hospital’s post-trial motion to vacate the judgment for punitive damages.
