This is an appeal by the defendants from a decree enjoining the sale of real property. The transcript shows that Margaret E. Kersting, with her own money, purchased six lots in Baker City, Oregon, but the deed therefor was inadvertently executed to her husband, W. A. Kersting, against whom the defendant Frank S. Parry thereafter secured a judgment in the superior court for Los Angeles County, California, in which he is designated *100as A. W. Kersting.
