AMBRO, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted appellants Christopher G. Wright, Ravinder (“Ravi”) S. Chawla, and Andrew Teitelman (“Appellants”) of honest services fraud in violation of, inter alia, 18 U.S.C. § 1346, mail fraud (referred to below as “traditional” fraud) in violation of, inter alia, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and conspiracy to commit these offenses in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
