The opinion filed on September 15,2014, is withdrawn, and the following is substituted for it. Defendant’s motion for rehearing is denied.

This case presents the issue of whether payees who are entitled to interest on suspended oil and gas production proceed payments can contract away their statutorily mandated interest payments.
