This is an appeal from an order and award of the Industrial Bpard of Indiana based on the appellee’s application for a review of an award on account -of a change in conditions.

It appears from the record that on the 26th day of June, 1936, the appellee had sustained an injury to his right eye, by reason of an accident, arising out of and in the course of his employment by the appellant. That subsequent to said injury a claim was filed with the Industrial Board, accompanied by a stipulation of facts as to the nature and character of the controversy.
