Kimberly Peterson appeals the circuit court’s judgment reversing the decision of the Personnel Advisory Board (PAB). The decision of the PAB found that Annie Tremain, the appointing authority for the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division (hereinafter referred to as “FSD”), did not properly dismiss Ms. Peterson from her position as a Child Support Enforcement Supervisor.
