Lanning v. Landgraf

On November 9, 1963, plaintiff filed his petition in three divisions seeking damages for personal injuries received while working on a farm owned by defendant Anna Ehlers operated as a partnership with defendant LaVerne Landgraf. Plaintiff alleged he was injured when thrown from a farm elevator purchased by Landgraf from defendant Malcolm Gustafson which had been manufactured by John Deere, Inc.
