MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Yanelle Strong-Fisher brings this suit against the Secretary of the Department of Transportation (“DOT”) 1 alleging that she was subject to employment discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 while employed within the Federal Aviation Administration, a division of the DOT. After the Secretary failed to answer or respond to Strong-Fisher’s amended complaint, Strong-Fisher secured an entry of default against the Secretary and has moved for default judgment.
