This is an appeal in an admiralty ease from the district court’s 1 dismissal of Marine Credit Corporation’s (Marine) motion to reclaim electronic equipment from four oil screws on which the Bank of New Orleans and Trust Company (the Bank) instituted an in rem action to foreclose preferred ship mortgages. See 46 U.S.C. § 951. Because the res is no longer under the jurisdiction of the district court, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
