Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J.), entered July 24, 2006, which granted petitione r’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.

Respondent, then 15 years old, and two other individuals broke the window of a liquor store and stole several bottles of alcohol. As a result of this incident, petitioner filed a juvenile delinquency petition.
