OPINION OF THE COURT
Peters, J.
John P. Saxton (hereinafter decedent) died in November 1958, leaving Anna E. Saxton (hereinafter Saxton), his widow, and respondents, his two daughters, as his distributees under his will. Under a residuary trust established therein, Saxton was given income for her life, with authority to the trustee to invade the principal as necessary to provide for her maintenance and support.
