MASSEY, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the trial court granting a temporary injunction. The temporary injunction was ancillary to the cause of action which was the subject matter of the suit. The form of action was a bill of review attacking the order of the trial court dismissing an appeal taken by appellee Sidney H. Lane from a certain order of the appellant Texas State Board of Examiners in Optometry in cancellation of appellee’s license to practice optometry in this State.
