Appeal by the defendant husband, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 1979, as denied his motion for a downward modification of the support and alimony provisions of a judgment of divorce between the parties. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements and matter remitted to Special Term for a hearing in accordance herewith.
