OPINION

PICKARD, Judge.

{1} Defendant, Daniel Porras, appeals from the trial court’s second amended judgment, sentence, and conviction, sentencing him to three years of imprisonment on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and an additional eight years as a habitual offender with three prior felony convictions, for a total sentence of eleven years of imprisonment.
