In this action to recover damages the plaintiff, widow of Ernest Sleeth, alleged in her complaint against the Union Pacific Eailroad Company and W. E. Turner, that her husband, while riding as a guest in an automobile driven by Turner, was struck by a Union Pacific freight train at a blind crossing at Snyder, Colorado, and sustained injuries in the collision at this crossing between the automobile and the railway company’s locomotive which resulted in his death.
