Scott Blair, Appellant

v.

The State of Texas, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 147TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT

NO. 97-2609, HONORABLE WILFORD FLOWERS, JUDGE PRESIDING

Scott Blair appeals his conviction for felony driving while intoxicated. We will affirm the judgment.
