Edward Allen, a Colorado inmate proceeding pro se, is incarcerated by the Coi-orado Department of Corrections at the Sterling Correctional Facility in Sterling, Colorado. He asserts that Warden Aristedes Zavaras and Dr. Stephen Krebs were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs when they failed to diagnose or to allow a diagnosis of his lung problem. 1 He filed suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
