Wesley Anthony McIntosh appeals his conviction for distribution of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988), possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1), and possession of a firearm by an unlawful drug user in. violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).
