James Alexander Bradford was charged, in separate indictments, with criminal mischief in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-7-21(a)(1), Ala. Code 1975; trafficking in marijuana, a violation of § 13A-12-231 (1)(b), Ala. Code 1975; and reckless driving, a violation of § 32-5A-190(a), Ala. Code 1975.
